 Terms of Use

By accessing the website of 4Furs Pte. Ltd. (“4Furs”), known as the “Site”, you, known as the “User”, hereby acknowledge that the User has read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement (as defined below).

If you do not accept this Agreement, please discontinue the access to this Site and/or use of the services provided on this Site (“Services”) immediately.

 

Agreement

You hereby represent and warrant that you have read, agree and consent to this Agreement, including these General Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to this Agreement.

4Furs and its management hereby reserve their right to revise, change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue the whole or any portion of the Services or Site at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, changes, withdrawals, suspensions or discontinuations shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

 

Home Delivery/ Online Shopping Terms & Conditions

Pricing & Product Information
All pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, 4Furs reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice. The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.

Delivery Service Surcharge (Per Address)
A delivery surcharge of S$10 applies for nett purchases below S$60. Free delivery for nett purchases above S$60. No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes. A re-delivery surcharge of S$10 will apply after the first failed delivery.

For Initial Orders of S$60 & above
In the event that there are any order adjustments and the revised total amount falls under S$60, the delivery surcharge of S$10 will apply.

Modes of Payment
Online forms of payment such as PayNow, QR Code, UEN or Bank Transfers requests must be fulfilled BEFORE the date of delivery, and proof of payment sent either via email to sales@4Furs.com or via text messaging to “number” with the accompanying order number.

Order Confirmation
Orders made online by the User shall be deemed to be accepted upon the sending of an order summary email by 4Furs to the User. In cases where stocks become unavailable, 4Furs reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered. If an item is out of stock or substituted, the final amount payable will be adjusted and the order confirmed with the User before we make any delivery. If any product was delivered to the User by mistake, 4Furs reserves the right to collect the wrong product delivered from such User.

Stock StatusDelivery Lead Time
AVAILABLEStocks are available, with the earliest delivery within 3 working days from the date of order.
SPECIAL ORDERStocks are subjected to supplier’s availability with the earliest delivery in 7 working days from the date of order.

 


Delivery Lead Time
The following is only applicable to orders made online.

 

Standard Delivery
All items within the order must be of ‘AVAILABLE’ stock status only.
Orders must be made before 10am on Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays.
Due to limited delivery slots per day, this option will not be available once the slots are full.

 

Order Cancellation Policy
Except for same day orders and deliveries, any changes made to the order after it has been transacted online must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

All sales are final for the same day orders and deliveries.  NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS will be entertained for same day orders or deliveries. Cancellation of orders for future delivery MUST be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date specified by the User. A cancellation fee of S$10 will apply  for all orders cancelled within 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

 

Delivery Time Slots & Policy
We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery and delivery time slot requested by you in your order at the time of your order checkout.

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

For amendments to Delivery Time Slots and any other order details, please contact us through our Delivery Hotline at least 1 Working Day in advance to your scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, a re-delivery charge of S$10 will apply.

We are unable to accede to any specific packing requirements for your delivery. We may reuse carton boxes to contain your items for ease of handling during delivery.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

Conditions for Return & ExchangeExclusions

1)      The item is delivered in a damaged condition, is past its expiry date, or the wrong item is delivered;

2)      The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase/ delivery; and

3)      The item must be unused, tags not tampered with, and must be in the original brand packaging (if applicable).

4)      No refund shall be given if the exchanged item is of a lower value.

1)      Free items given as part of a promotion enjoyed by the User cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

2)      Exchange is not applicable for online orders, unless the Conditions specified herein are met.

 

Privacy Policy

4Furs is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how 4Furs collects, uses, and discloses personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”). Depending on the services required or utilised, your personal data will be used for the relevant purpose(s) as deemed reasonable by 4Furs. 4Furs will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personal data to any third party without your consent. Your submission of personal information through 4Furs’ website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

No Repacking Policy

Vide AVS’s advisory notice dated 20 January 2012, we maintain a no repacking policy so as to ensure ultimate freshness of our products for our customers and to avoid any risk of contamination.

 

Indemnity

The User agree to indemnify and hold 4Furs and its employees, affiliates, officers, agents and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and liability to third parties), penalties and costs (including without limitation, legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards, losses and/or expenses, due to or arising from the use of the Site, Services, or the User’s breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Force Majeure

No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if the failure results from a Force Majeure event, i.e. an event which is a circumstance or event beyond the reasonable control of a party which affects the general public in that party’s country, and which results in the party being unable to observe or perform on time an obligation under this Agreement.  Such circumstance or event shall include industrial action or labour disputes, civil unrest, war or threat of war, criminal or terrorist acts, government action or regulation, telecommunication or utility failures, power outages, fire, explosion, natural physical disasters, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, and general failure of public transport.

 

COVID-19 Policies

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation in Singapore, 4Furs reserves the right to change any of our delivery policies without prior notification. The health and safety of our customers and staff will always remain our highest priority.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the User hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
